In 2016, upon graduation, Pauline LEE joined Metro Broadcast as a financial reporter, responsible for research, interviewing, and recording financial news reports. In 2017, Lee transitioned to television broadcasting, joining TVB as a financial news anchor. She hosted programmes including Inside the stock exchange 交易現場 and Finance at 10 十點無綫財經, delivering local and global market financial data to viewers, discussing real-time market trends with experts from the fund, banking, and real estate sectors, and striving to make complex financial concepts accessible.

Recalling her time at Shue Yan's Department of Journalism and Communication, alumna LEE developed a strong interest in broadcast journalism early on. She joined the department's student news platform, Shuo Online 說在線, serving as an editor to assist classmates with reporting, and also hosted shows on the department's SYU JC Radio 樹仁新傳電台. "During my four years at Shue Yan, I gradually cultivated a passion for financial and broadcast journalism. The professional training and guidance from the faculty equipped me to tackle the challenges throughout my career."
