Dr. Kaman Lee is currently the Assistant Vice President, Director of Communications and Public Affairs Office and Associate Professor of Practice of Department of Journalism & Communication in Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Her areas of research include Journalism, the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Hong Kong and Digital Humanities. Prior her capacities in the University, Kaman had assumed multiple roles as Bureau Chief of Beijing News Center and TV news anchor in major local broadcast channels. She is currently hosting different current affairs programmes on TV and radio outlets in Hong Kong.
With years of experience in the media industry, Kaman has served as a lead speaker for media engagement workshops organised for school sponsoring bodies, public and private sector organisations, and government departments. Through knowledge transfer, she aims to help stakeholders better understand how to communicate with the press and navigate media relations effectively.

Vincent Ho assisted to found the Communication and Public Affairs Office (CPAO) at Hong Kong Shue Yan University (HKSYU) in 2024 and has dedicated over seven years to the university as Director of Development and Communications, as well as a lecturer in the Department of Journalism and Communication.
Before joining HKSYU, Vincent accumulated nearly ten years of experience in news broadcasting as a TV news anchor at Hong Kong Television Network (HKTV) and Asia Television (ATV). He is committed to advancing the development of the news broadcasting industry. Subsequently, he focused on operations as Controller and Chief Editor at SYMediaLab, a multimedia news platform delivering feature stories on social, political, and cultural issues of public concern in Hong Kong.
He holds a Master of Social Sciences in Public Policy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Hong Kong Shue Yan University.
